Mid/Late May-2026 — Production Readiness

Behind-the-scenes work to harden the platform ahead of the public Zendesk launch:

• Zendesk integration enhancement and hardening — reliability, performance, and edge-case improvements across the Zendesk private beta feature set.
• New website pricing and billing integration — wired the marketing site through to Paddle so prospects can see plan pricing and complete checkout from flexivity.ai.
• Data privacy deletion automation — when a ticket is deleted in the source helpdesk, Flexivity automatically cascades the deletion across all derived data (embeddings, summaries, classifications, recommendation history, feedback).
• LLM hardening and guardrails — defense-in-depth improvements to the AI pipeline, including AWS Bedrock Guardrails enforcement and stricter output validation upstream of write-back.
