The Flexivity AI admin console at app.flexivity.ai  is the central hub for managing your AI-powered helpdesk add-on. From here you can connect helpdesk deployments, configure AI features, monitor system health, manage your team, and handle billing.

What You Can Do

The admin console provides the following capabilities:

  • Tenant Details — View and manage your organization settings and subscription information
  • Instances — Create, configure, and monitor connections to your helpdesk deployments, including AI feature management and health metrics
  • Analytics — Track AI performance metrics, usage dashboards, and trends
  • Billing — View your subscription plan, track usage, and manage payments
  • User Management — Invite team members, assign roles, and control access
  • Account Settings — Manage your profile, preferences, and notification settings

Quick Start

If you are setting up Flexivity AI for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the admin console with the credentials from your invite email
  2. Create an instance for your helpdesk deployment
  3. Connect your application using the agent or direct connection (Connecting Your Application)
  4. Enable features such as AI Summaries and Ticket Recommendations
  5. Invite your team so they can monitor AI activity
