Administration Guide
The Flexivity AI admin console at app.flexivity.ai is the central hub for managing your AI-powered add-on to Customer Systems (initially helpdesk ticketing software). From here you can connect helpdesk deployments, configure AI features, monitor system health, manage your team, and handle billing.

Quick Start
If you are setting up Flexivity AI for the first time, follow these steps:
- Log in to the admin console with the credentials from your invite email
- Create an instance for your helpdesk deployment
- Connect your application using the agent or direct connection (Connecting Your Application)
- Enable features such as AI Summaries and Ticket Recommendations
- Invite your team so they can monitor AI activity
