Account Settings

The Account Settings page in the admin console at app.flexivity.ai  lets you manage your profile, your organization, security, and support access.

Your Account

Your email address and role are shown here. Use this section to reset your password.

Organization

The Organization section shows your organization’s name and the Account-wide settings name. The account-wide settings name appears in AI Configuration’s Settings for selector followed by “(all brands)” — settings made at this level apply to every brand that has not set its own. Administrators can change the name with Rename.

Two-Factor Authentication

Turn two-factor authentication on or off for your account.

Support Access

Grant temporary read-only access to Flexivity support so they can help troubleshoot issues on your account. You control the duration and can revoke access at any time.
