My System

My System is the first page in the sidebar of the admin console at app.flexivity.ai . It shows your organization at a glance:

  • Your organization’s name, with its account status and the date it joined.
  • Quickstart: the setup steps and your progress through them. Once you dismiss it, Show it again at the foot of the page brings it back. See Getting Started.
  • Help Desk Status: each connected help desk, its type, and whether it is working, with a hint when something needs attention. Click one to open its Help Desk page. Before anything is connected, this card helps you choose and connect a help desk.
  • Account:
    • Organization ID: quote it when you contact support. Copy puts it on your clipboard.
    • Plan: your subscription plan, or Trialing during the free trial, with a link to Billing & Usage.
