What’s New
Flexivity AI ships changes continuously. This page summarizes the highlights of the current month and points to monthly archives for earlier releases.
Highlights this month — October 2026
- Actions — the AI can now make changes as part of a customer’s support request, such as refunding a charge, not only answer it. Progressive Autonomy extends to actions: alongside the seven levels for conversations and answers, four write modes (Manual, Assist, Hold and Execute) decide who carries out each change, from an agent approving it on the ticket to the AI making it within limits you set.
- Data Connectors — connect the systems that hold your customers’ records, with tools that read and tools that change. A Stripe connector looks up charges and invoices and refunds a charge, and a general-purpose MCP connector reaches any MCP server, including Zapier and its 9,000+ apps. Every lookup is about the customer on the ticket, and every tool starts off until you test and enable it.
- Procedures — tell the AI how to handle a kind of request in plain language: what to look up, what to ask, what to change through your Data Connector tools, and when to hand over to a person. Flexivity shows what it understood before a procedure goes live, and test conversations check it behaves as you expect.
